A mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative data was employed. Six adolescent participants were selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria and engaged in a seven-day consecutive vegetable consumption intervention. Quantitative data were collected using the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) before and after the intervention, while qualitative data were gathered from participants' daily reflections in a social media group. The results indicated an increase in positive affect scores and a decrease in negative affect for most participants, alongside narratives describing enhanced energy levels, emotional stability, and motivation. These findings suggest that consistent vegetable intake can have a positive impact on emotional balance and physical fitness. The scientific contribution of this study lies in its integrative approach that bridges biological and psychological aspects of healthy eating patterns, offering a practical and accessible intervention strategy for adolescent well-being.</p> 2025-06-26T13:11:11+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
